About

I am a Master's Student in the IIDS Lab at KAIST EE, fortunate to be advised by Hyewon Chung. I received my B.S. in Mathematical Sciences and Electrical Engineering (Double Major) at KAIST in 2024.

My research interests are focused in leveraging mathematical tools to explain real-world phenomenons. I am particularly interested in deep learning theory, in which I work on understanding the working mechanisms of large language models.

Miscellaneous

I enjoy planning and organizing social events! I organized the GRAFFITI Startup Festival in 2021, and designed social events for students at the Student Council of Mathematical Sciences (2021 - 2022) and Electrical Engineering (2024). I also coordinated and managed student-participating concerts and orchestra programs at KAIST Concert Hall (2022 - 2024).

I also love playing the violin and piano in my free time. I have performed in 20+ amatuer orchestra performances and chamber music concerts. Our team, the Ama Quartet, placed 3rd place in the 3rd Hanbyeol Competition! (Video)
